메일함들에 쌓여가는 불필요한 메일들을 너무 외면하기 쉽다는 생각을 했었어요. 편리한 지메일을 쓰는 대신 조금 불편하더라도 Hey메일 서비스를 쓰는 건, 일회용품 쓰는 대신 다회용기 쓰려 하는 저의 노력과 비슷하게 느껴지네요. 설거지를 바로바로 해야하듯 Hey서비스도 메일과 메일발신자에 대한 분류처리를 바로바로 해야하는군요 ㅎㅎ 역시 문제를 알아차리고 해결하는 데에는 불편을 감수하는 노력이 수반되어야 하는 것 같습니다. 이 부분이 공감됐습니다:
